INOVELEC, French EMS created 23 years ago, takes over the activity of the company INNES, recognized for its electronic equipment dedicated to professional audiovisual.
As part of the pursuit of its geographical and technical development, the INOVELEC group has taken over the company INNES, which specializes in the development of electronic products, particularly in the professional audiovisual sector.
This external growth operation will allow the INOVELEC group to have an expert R&D team in audiovisual and connectivity, but also to benefit from the historical positioning of INNES with a large network of AV/IT integrator and reseller partners.
The marketing of INNES products will continue under the same conditions as before, using an indirect distribution method.
The INNES technical support team will remain fully available to assist customers in the implementation of its products.
The INNES product range will continue to evolve according to market trends.

This acquisition will strengthen our electronic embedded systems design office with its roots in Brittany, a territory recognized for its ecosystem around secure digital technology. This acquisition contributes, in the short term, to pursuing our 3-point strategy: finalizing the control of the value chain of our business, linking the French territory and developing across the Atlantic”
